Family Values - Values Family

Peter Drucker was famous for ensuring businesses, organizations and people had their values properly placed, and more importantly, lived. My day and my life is run by my values. While my professional life is important, it is family and faith that provide my northern star to direct my sails. 

I sometimes fail at always providing attention and priority to both my family and my faith. To "live" a value constantly is tough. We all tend to slip, have bad days, make mistakes, miscommunicate. But this is the reason why values are so important: we always have that northern star to point us, even when we're lost.

Everything I do in my life should point to my family and my faith. As I pursue my MBA at the Drucker School of Management, it continues to reinforce both my ideal and this idea. The curriculum provides the depth and theory for my business knowledge I'm looking for while providing the human and personal touch that is necessary to align with my values.
