Social Responsibility

Peter Drucker had a principle that every organization impacts others and therefore must be responsible with that impact provides a dee led to new ideas. The idea that whatever we do impacts others prevails consistently in my life and those that I interact with. 

One special project of social responsibility I've been involved with is the starting of an adult learning program for young married men. The focus is to provide a warm, vibrant environment for guys that are newly married, working and trying to balance it all. It continues to be an extremely fulfilling project in my life and I believe it is impactful in a positivity way to the community.
